Special Announcements!

* Well it finally happened!! Now you can buy your lobsters locally. The lobster tank is in and full.

* “GET THE SCOOP” AT FALES STORE - Starting this Friday, May 28th, we will be serving scooped ice cream!
We have 8 flavors to choose from.

* Annual Flowers – the Annual flowers are in. We have an assortment of geraniums and potted annuals in 4.25” pots,

June 2010 Announcements:

* Fales Store Note Cards and Prints – Our note cards of Fales Store, Winter at Broad Cove, Flowers of Broad Cove, Seasons of Broad Cove, are blank note cards I designed from photos we have taken. Any of these can also be made into prints, 3x5, 5x7 or 8x10. I am looking for “Parking-lot Pets”. Please stop in to have your pet photographed. I am here most afternoons.

* Organic Produce – We are getting organic produce, locally grown from, Hatchet Cove Gardens once a week, usually on Thursday.

 * Local and Organic Products – We carry some local and organic products.  These are the basics or staples that we can sell year round. If you have a product that you would like to see us carry, let us know. Just send an email to Phyllis, at pfales@roadrunner.com. If it is something that we would be able to sell year-round we will try to get it in.

 * Shain’s from Maine, Ice cream – We carry a variety of Shain’s flavors in quarts including our own “Goose Tracks”.                           

* Boar’s Head Meats and Cheeses – (Raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones * No nitrate or nitrite added * Gluten free * No MSG added * Vegetarian grain fed.) Having a party or family picnic?  Call the Store, 354-6431 and special order your meat and cheese, veggie, or cheese and cracker platters in plenty of time for your special event.  

* What’s for Lunch - We have soup in our Crock-Pot and fresh sandwiches daily, made with “Boar’s Head Meats and Cheeses.” If you call first thing in the morning we can make your special sandwich to be ready for you at lunchtime.                                              

* What’s Cooking at Fales Store - We offer entrée’s twice a week, Wednesday and Friday. Below is a copy of the June’s menu. Our entrée’s are packaged for one or two people, for larger orders please order in advance.

* Remember to place your special orders in advance - We offer meat and cheese platters and veggie platters, as well as any of the items on the menus. You can also special order your meat. Please call the store regarding your special orders, and for availability and pricing.  

* Crabmeat – Our fresh Maine crabmeat comes in on Thursdays. We recommend you call ahead and have it saved for you. This would help us determine how many to order,          

* Atlantic Bakery – we are getting deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have a special item you like, let us know before Friday and we will be glad to order it for you.

* Neighborhood eggs sold at Fales Store – Our eggs come fresh right from Bowden’s Egg Farm in Waldoboro. We sell large and extra large.

* Tomatoes from Madison – We are proud to offer you vine grown tomatoes grown in Madison Maine. These tomatoes are grown year round.

*Pastor Chuck – We now are carrying Pastor Chuck’s Sugar Free Apple Sauce, Apple Butter and Salsa. (“Pastor Chuck” (C. Waite Maclin) is an Episcopal Priest who lives in the mid-coast area and is living out his dream to make the best apple products in the world.)

Hours. - Monday through Saturday, we are open from 7am until 6:00 pm.  Closed on Sunday's. (a day for rest) We close at 11 am on Holidays and are closed all day on Christmas. and New Years Day.
